It is so good to be back! As you can tell, the blog is freshly renovated. Now I need to learn how to use all the wonderful features! So bear with me!
With Christmas fast approaching, I want to share a marvelous tip my friend Renata used to bring some serious cheer into her home while she was not feeling well. You know how it goes when the joints act up.
Focus on big impact decorating. That means focus on the Christmas Tree. A lit up tree instantly transforms the room into a holiday delight. It is all about lifting spirits and bringing joy into our days without knocking ourselves out.
For the supply list. You will need a tree of your choice, real or artificial. Strings of twinkle lights, artificial poinsettia plants, and a tree skirt of your choice.
First, put the tree up where you want it in the room. Make sure it is in a prominent place for maximum enjoyment! The photo shows Renata’s view from her easy chair!
Next, string the lights on the tree. No need to go crazy, white twinkle lights are quite bright and we are keeping it easy.
Finally, cut the bloom of the poinsettia at the base of the flower and stick it in the boughs of the tree. Finish the project with a tree skirt or even a piece of fabric puddled around the tree stand holding up the tree.
ENJOY!
Grab a cup of hot chocolate, put on some Christmas music, and marvel at the beauty of the high impact, easy to trim Christmas Tree. Perfect for when your joints are not working the best or feeling well.
Again, I’m so happy to be back!
Merry Christmas!
