Coming Soon! Updated Arthritis Wisdom!
It is time for a remodel and I’m excited about it! But, updating this website is a bit overwhelming! I am not a graphic person, or a coder, or a web designer. And I keep changing my mind about what I want included.
But it is all good because ultimately the goal is an easy-to-navigate space full of practical tips and information elevating the autoimmune day-to-day life.
Information not Inflammation
After nine years officially diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), I’m at a place where my disease is fairly well controlled. I say fairly because we are currently in the Covid-19 pandemic and, well you know how crazy it is. Crazy can be stressful and stress is inflammatory. It is just how it is right now.
Consequently, this is a good time for me to reflect and recalibrate goals going forward. The recalibrating is really doubling down on what has worked in the past and looking at what is new out there to even further the cause of managing the RA and elevating our autoimmune lifestyle.
From pharmaceutical advances to new and improved technology to the benefits of alternative medicine, a person with an autoimmune disease has every reason to be hopeful to experience improved disease management or even remission. Although, until a cure is discovered and everyone is arthritis-free, we will keep working at it.
With all this in mind, I will be sharing tips to ease day-to-day living with arthritis, information about drugs, diet, and latest medical developments, personal musings how RA has affected my life, and lifestyle changes I believe have made a positive difference for me.
I will take a deeper dive into my *FRESH*™ approach to living with an autoimmune. My 5 pronged approach to lifestyle changes augmenting my biologic. How it helps decrease inflammation, therefore helping to gain ground managing the disease.
So, with that I want to invite you to come along with me as we countdown to the reveal of an updated Arthritis Wisdom!
Take care and tender hugs!
